Called to Lead

Leadership in the Kingdom of God is rarely about our personal ambition and almost always about a divine interruption. This message examines the "moment of the call"—the burning bushes and the lakesides where God breaks into our ordinary routines to offer an extraordinary vision. We learn that God does not call the equipped; He equips the called. Like Moses and Isaiah, our natural response to vision is often "Who am I?" or "I am unworthy." However, biblical vision shifts the focus from our perceived inadequacy to God’s absolute sufficiency. True leadership is the act of stepping out in faith, trusting that the One who gives the vision will also provide the provision.
