The Theological Tapestry

Our faith did not begin with us, and it will not end with us. This message explores the concept of "Theological Tapestry"—the idea that each of our lives is a thread woven into a massive, multi-generational fabric of God’s redemptive history. Just as Joshua commanded the Israelites to set up memorial stones to tell future generations of God’s faithfulness, we are called to recognize the "heritage" of our faith. We look back at the saints who came before us—their triumphs, their struggles, and their steadfastness—not just as history, but as our own family story. Understanding our spiritual heritage grounds our identity, giving us the courage to weave our own thread of faithfulness into the tapestry for those who will follow.​
